Ezio Cerruti is the charismatic vigneron behind his namesake wine, located in Castiglione Tinella, in Piemonte. Practicing organic farming and championing biodiversity, Cerruti lets wildflowers and long grass grow in his seven hectares of vineyards giving the wines a richness of aroma and flavour.

When Cerruti decided to make a dry Moscato, winemakers in the region called him crazy – that became the name of his wine, Fol. It undergoes fermentation in cement and wood and ages in old wooden barrels. This 2016 vintage has a floral and citrus nose with a fresh acidity and bread finish.
