Franco Terpin’s farm is located on 12 hectares in San Floriano del Collio, in the hills bordering Slovenia. Their winemaking philosophy begins in the vineyard, looking to reflect the character and quality of the terroir with the work in the cellar. Their approach is traditional and produces wines that are cloudy, complex and textured through long macerations and aging.

The Quinto Quarto is a medium-dry wine, smooth with urgent ripe fruit and floral aromas. With the Bianco Jakot, spontaneous fermentation begins in steel tins with skins for 10 days and then moves to oak barrels for 18 months. The Ribolla Gialla goes through 12-15 day skin macerations that give it its vibrancy and minerality. It is a wine with great acidity, spicy and citrus notes.
